Store Policies

Shipping Policies:

- If you have an order. with a PREORDER item, your items will ship once the PREORDER item is IN HAND. Otherwise we suggest ordering items separately.

- Items will be shipped out within 5 business days, EXCLUDING PREORDERS.

- Once item is in possession of USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of PADAWAN PINS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure package safety we ENCOURAGE shipping insurance.

- Please double check information such as your address before placing an order.

What if I put the wrong address?!

- If your item has NOT SHIPPED please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order #, and correct address.

- If your item SHIPPED already you will have to contact USPS to intercept your package.

International Shipping:

- We are not responsible for any import fees.

- Currently not shipping to the U.K through here, working on it. PLEASE if you reside in the U.K please do not place an order it will be cancelled. We are in the process of being able to ship to the U.K please be patient, thank you. Please use a mail forwarding service such as myus.com, for the time being thank you.

-For EU supporters due to the new VAT regulations, we are still able to ship to you, but you will be responsible for all VAT and import fees. 

Preorder Policies:

- Purchasing a preorder is a commitment. NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS.

- Preorders on average take 8-12 weeks (for enamel pins) for production, we do not have control over manufacturing and due to COVID 19 may experience shipping delays.

- We post frequent updates on preorder production process on our instagram, make sure to check the highlight bubble dedicated to our preorder designs if you want an idea where production is at.

Refunds and Cancellations:

-Please contact us if there is an issue with your item within 7 days of receiving your order. We value each and everyone of you and want to do our best to take care of you.

- Refunds are determined case by case.

- We do not accept cancellations.

Tracking Your Order:

- Once your tracking number reaches your email, and you want to track your package you can punch in your tracking number on the USPS website and it will let you know where your package is currently at. Link: USPS Tracking Site
